Access & Technical Support

  • I would like to make an edit/update to my account.
  • I am having technical difficulty posting a job.
  • I received a message stating that my company already has an account registered with the site.
  • I would like to access the resume database.
  • I received the following message when trying to log in to my account: “Please contact our team to access this section”.

Job Posting Query

  • I would like to edit and/or extend a live job posting.
  • I need a proof/copy of my expired job posting.
  • I noticed a job posting from my company on your site that we have not posted.
  • I noticed that my job has not yet gone live.
  • I want to receive a membership discount.

Billing Query

  • I would like to request completion of our vendor form.
  • I would like to obtain a copy of a W9 form.
  • I would like a refund.
  • I would like a receipt.
    • I need the contact/billing address updated on my invoice/receipt copy.
  • I have a question about a payment/charge.
  • I received an error message while trying to check out.
  • I forgot to apply a discount to my order and have already paid in full. (Note - we do not offer partial refunds currently.)
